 To welcome the kids to Deercreek, Mrs. Jackson devised a plan to host a dance for the new students and give them a chance to mingle and get to know each other, as well as help Deercreek feel a little more "normal." The dress will be cocktail and there will be junk food like potato chips and cookies, punch, and, for this special occasion, music. And none of that "lame stuff," either, within reason. Of course, all the Deercreek staff will be in attendance to keep any objectionable conduct to a minimum, or at least try. Oh, and just to keep the fun going, the dance is mandatory for all students.*
*No stress, dear rp friends who think this sounds terrible. Just in rp land, the students have to go--you don't have to rp it out if you don't want to. But I really hope you do.
Now, this is going to strictly be an event held in the family and recreation room of the big house. By event, I mean everyone does their own deal with threads. Start a new one if no one else has, or reply to one someone already started. There just won't be one big thread because that gets confusing. Now, go have fun!
