 That would be me with my boyfriend. We've been together for three wonderful months.
Anyway, hi, I'm Larkie. I live in this great place called Nashville, but I'm moving in a few months to the commonwealth (isn't that nifty?) of Virginia. I'm pretty excited. I study history and it's the birthplace of America, so yeah. As you might guess, judging by this site, I am rather fond of horses and have been riding for five years. I would have been for way longer if I had the chance. I mostly do English, primarily hunter/jumpers and a little dressage, but also a bit of western and some stuff with gaited horses, too. Actually, I'm currently working on a two hundred year old Tennessee Walking Horse farm with more national champions than you can shake a stick at. I, quite simply, love it.
I like to sing and venture to say I'm pretty good at it. I used to do show choir, as a matter of fact. Now, I just sing for fun and am thinking about joining an a capella group soon. I'm a girly girl and love me some vintagey dresses and high heels. I'm a complete die-hard romantic. If you couldn't tell by my signature and avatar, I love Pride and Prejudice. The book, all the movies, everything. Mr. Darcy is such a hunk. I still sleep sometimes with a big stuffed paint horse named Missy, especially when I'm upset. I've been role playing for something like four years and stalking Pixel this whole time (oh my gee, Pixy, can you believe it?) so we're quite tight. I like lots of different music, but I couldn't live without Rick Springfield, Avril Lavigne, the Jonas Brothers, Five for Fighting, and John Mayer. I like photography (but kind of suck at it) and think web design is a super fun activity (well, frustrating, but rewarding). I think I'm getting Dreamweaver soon so that oughta make my life a good bit easier. Chick flicks are my favorite. Aside from the aforementioned Pride & Prejudice and chickflicks, I love The Young Victoria, The Duchess, Beauty and the Beast, and Marie Antoinette. I was so born in the wrong century.
Anyway, on to my pony. Below would be Splash (show name Make A Splash), my sweet boy. He's around 14.1, 13 years old, and just the best little thing that ever happened to me. My guess on breed is Spotted Saddle Horse crossed with some sort of pony, although I'll never know since his history is something of a mystery. He has the funkiest gaits in the world, but jumps like a dream when you can slow him down (faaaaaast canter). I've put a lot of training into him and it's really starting to pay off. He's been really badly abused in the past (Amish broke), so he's not exactly Mr. Sunshine or that crazy about people (he's scared to death of all men except my dad, my boss, and the farrier). I'm honestly the only one he really, truly trusts. Simply put, he's my baby. <33

It's true. She's been stalking me for four years now. I took her RPG virginity, and haven't been able to get rid of her since. :P hehehe. jk, jk luffs. We be tight. :D
